Terrible Service from the FNB Secure Chat Suite

I pay a standard bank fee of R365 to enjoy the service of the private clients suite and secure chat suite, but the service I received from Khethani Mukoma this morning was absolutely appalling!! to say the least. I have a problem with a debit order payment that went off for my credit card this morning knowing very well that I paid even more than the payment due in Dec. I receive my payment due sms's between the 20th-22nd of every month and payment is due by the 14th/15th of every month. I tried explaining to Khethani that my sms received on 22 Dec for payment due by 15th Jan was for R851- I paid R1,300 on the 20th of Dec and that my next payment would be due by 15th Feb for Jan. He advised that that can't be the case,how do I just skip Jan, I did not appreciate the tone of his message at all. In hindsight I realized the reason the debit went off today is because I made payment before I received my due sms so the system probably didn't register it as a payment. Now instead of investigating properly Khethani decided to have an attitude. Its for reasons like this that the FSB created TCF and that customers leave service providers and seek alternatives and I'm about to be one of those people to move to another bank. This consultant needs to read with understanding, TCF training, communication s****s and definitely training in the job he/she is doing nx! Hopefully my banker can be of better service than the nonsense received this morning from the secure chat suite.
