Terrible service from the FNB business vehicle finance

Applying for vehicle finance through FNB business is the worst experience of my life, I’ve never seen this level of unprofessionalism, I sent through my application before the 10th of June 2025 to buy a car, submitted all supporting documents same day, today 23 July I’m still busy with the process, it was a business vehicle for work, I’ve had to continue hiring vehicles for my staff three times because they are taking their sweet time. Mind you I’m banking with fnb for all my businesses, a lady by the name of Charmaine Govender was allocated to handle my application, the worst person ever, she never replies to email, she is forever not at the office when you call the landline, I had her fnb colleagues assisting me in locating me, the poor guy gave up not knowing how to help anymore cause this woman would make promises and deliver nothing, for a huge organisation like fnb, I’m so disappointed. I received approval literally mid June but even now I don’t have the vehicle, why because she decided to disappear again before issuing the release note and there’s no one else available to help. I’m extremely disappointed at your service fnb, to think that I’ve referred most of my clients to you. I’ve always heard the negative comments on X about your service but I didn’t think it could be this bad, learn to take your clients seriously, otherwise cancel the services you have no capacity to deliver on.
