Terrible service from Private Banking

<p>Absolutely ridiculous service from FNB. I'm a Private Client (Almost 2 years), and have banked with FNB with almost 6. After having ZERO feedback from my banker, I logged a request for someone to call me back. This was on a Sunday Evening. I got called back on the Wednesday at 17.30. Disgusting service from a company that supposedly prides themself on customer service. Not to mention constant promises from HL consultants to get back to you, that never do. FNB have lost a client.</p>
