Terrible service from personal loans department!!!!

Good day, I called in earlier in January month and asked whether we get a payment break on January on our personal loans like we usually do. I was then told thay O do qualify for this yet I see that my next payment date is the 26th January 2021 on my app? Usually FNB sends an sms but this year nothing?! Whats happening FNB? I want this sorted out immediately!!!!!
