Terrible Service from PayPal services

It has been weeks now that I have tried to link my PayPal account through FNB online. My emails are ignored and I am always promised a call back but nothing! My bank account still reflects as “verification pending”. At this point, if FNB treats me like this a non-fnb account user, then I will definitely not switch over to open a bank account!
