Terrible service from Nosipho Basi & Mfundo Sopangisa
My account still not changed since December 2017. Worst service eveeeer from Nosipho Basi, she doesn't respond to email or even assist. Then tried Mfundo Sopangisa around March, no assistance what so ever, they both ignore the emails from the branch manager. Mfundo has zero communication s****s... so frastrating !!!
Meanwhile, I'm still paying fees for the account I don't want.
