Terrible service from FNB they do not return calls!!!!!
I have taken this jike of a Covid19 relief! First no one bothered forwarsinf me the credit agreement. I am then promised that someone would call me with regard to how this relief works! RB Jacobs on your social media platform has promised that someone would call me since Tuesday, 28th April 2020 I explained to him that i am still being charged for my credit card and nank charges which according to my knowledge this loan was supposed to cover. The amount for this loan stays in a negative and on the same amount!!! I need someone to contact me urgently!!!!!!
