Terrible Service from FNB Loans (Revolving) Section

I have since Lockdown tried to speak to a consultant to attend to my revolving credit loan account. To say the least it has been most frustrating to get hold of a consultant or the relevant department. One is prompted umpteenth times for the ID, but never reaches the appropriate person. Most disappointing service to date!
