Terrible service from FNB legal

I’m puzzled by how my FNB credit card was handed over after I’ve notified them that i have been unemployed for the past 11 months and sent the proof, and still made an arrangement to pay 31/10/2020 and they agreed no one at FNB notified of this hand over and definitely a default account has a bad impact on me getting employment.

What makes me upset is that the agreement i made was taken if someone had atleast notified prior to the hand over and the arrangement date has not even passed.

“FNB :-) As per our agreement, we are expecting a payment of R300.00 on 2020/11/06 to your Credit Card. Thank you!“ that cam from FNB yesterday today i am handed over what sense does that even make!
