TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM FNB LAW ON CALL

On the 6th of August 2021 FNB Law on call processed a claim for me and assigned me lawyers by the name of Mthiyane and Partners, on the 10th September 2021 I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked that I be allocated other lawyers because I was getting ignored when I try to communicate with the lawyers to get progress reports. Mr Hlungwane Tyron who was the representative assigned to me by FNB law on call pleaded with me and said that we give Mthiyane and Partners a chance, I was not happy about this but I let it be. Mr Hlungwane himself asked for a progress report on 05.09.2021, 06.12.2021 and 20.01.2022 respectively and none was provided and yet still FNB law on call does not see the need to assign me new lawyers like I had asked because I could see from the get go that Mthiyane and Partners does not take my case seriously. A new person has now been assigned to my case from FNB law on call and the name is Ms Makhubo Nokuthula who was also not formally introduced to me I only learned about this via an email she sent to Mthiyane and Partners asking for a progress report this was done on the 21.03.2022 and to date still no feedback from Mthiyane and Partners. I must say this is terrible service from FNB law on call and the lawyers that they have assigned to me and refuse to change them even though they can see that there is no joy in using them.
