terrible service from fnb insurance.

I have all my insurance with fnb,I am a regular driver on my vehicle and my husband drive it there and there, of which he is using Zimbabwean passport and international drivers licence with South African Traffic register, whenever he wanted to travel we never had issues with border letter putting him as a driver, even with his own car, This time around we have been told that fnb insurance doesn't put people using passport as drivers, I then send them the previous letter that was done with passport then they told me due diligence was not done, and the rule have been changed as well. If the rule has changed why were we not informed in time until we request a letter, imagine his own car is insured with fnb and they tells me I am the regular driver of both my car and my husband 's car. Of which I told them when I join the insurance that is my husband's car and he is the one using it. I am so ****ed off and disappointed with their service.
