TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM FNB HOMELOANS

FNB HOMELOANS DIVISION APPOINTED BOND REGISTERATION ATTORNEY DU PLOOY INC. Mariette Holton of Du Plooys inc. has been waiting approximately 6 weeks for the release consent by FNB Homeloans Division in order to proceed with the bond registration of a property we sold. Transfer on of behalf of our seller is being unnecessarily delayed. This FNB Homeloans Division service is unacceptable and there seems to be a lack of communication between FNB Homeloans Division and their selected bond registration attorney Du Plooy Inc. Du Plooy’s have refused to provide me with their FNB attorney liaison, Salete dos Santos”s contact details in order for us to remove the bottle neck in communication. We cannot establish contact with a competent individual in FNB Homeloans Divisions who can resolve this matter. Further I wish to complain about the attitude of Mariette Holton of Du Plooy's, who does not treat clients in a polite and business-like manner.
