Terrible service from FNB Home Loans - Impossible to get feedback after double debit orders were taken from our account
Terrible service from FNB Home Loans!!!
They took double debit orders from our bank account and we have had very poor responses and engagement from the FNB Home Loans Department.
After weeks of follow ups, we were asked to submit a refund form - since it has been submitted, we have had no response. The service consultants responsible to providing us with feedback are Ntsoaki Matlabe and Avela Tom, who has been very poor in providing any sort of feedback throughout this very frustrating process.
For anyone interested in obtaining a home loan, I would recommend staying very far away from FNB Home Loans - apart from taking money out of our accounts incorrectly, it is virtually impossible to query such issues or get our money back. Really disappointed and looking forward to moving our banking business away from FNB as soon as possible.
The original consultant still fumbling around, unable to provide a cohesive response to our query - this issue has been open for weeks now and we are still waiting. No one is getting back to us and we are still out of pocket for errors that FNB made - we need to continuously follow up, and there is no proper engagement from the bank.
This is pathetic! Word of advice - stay very far away from the FNB circus.
