Terrible service from FNB home loan department

Submitted and application week before last. I called last week to find out progress of the application, only then was I told there's information needed from me. I emailed through the information required. I called today and I am still told that the information is not received. The person responsible for the application is not communicating with me as to what is needed and that is really bad service
