Terrible service from FNB Hayfields, Pmb Business Banker

I write in regard the poor service I have been receiving from First National Bank, Hayfields Branch in Pietermaritzburg. The business banker assigned to my business account does not deal with my queries in a time efficient manner. I have to constantly call her or email her and follow in regards to progress on any of my queries. This person is an employee and should be doing her best to ensure that customers are happy with the service they receive, and she should be doing her best to ensure that customers stay with the bank. Unfortunately, she adopts a blaze attitude and does not respond to my queries. I am writing to this forum in the hope that this will be dealt with. Failing which, I will be closing my FNB business account and moving to another bank. Someone needs to understand that I am a paying customer and require the services I am paying for. This is unacceptable and I will not tolerate this any longer.
