TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM FNB EXECUTORS

FNB are the executors of my late mothers estate. She passed in JULY 2020.

To date the matter is laying unattended and unresolved.

Dealing with FNB executors (Natasja Roodt) was a nightmare from the start.

They are ***********. A Woolworths account was put on the L & D account that did not belong to her. It clearly stated MR. I had to correct this.

From January 2021, we have received no feedback. I have to email and then Im told “WE APOLOGISE FOR THE LACK OF FEEDBACK”. BUT YOU TOOK YOUR FEES!! CLOSE TO R100 000 in FEES!!

I am told that the Auditors can’t complete the Income Tax Return from 25 November 2020.

I find this absurd and unrealistic.

Please note that despite the matter not being finalised FNB Executors have taken their fees. There is also an amount held in the account, after a certain amount of time do you take this money too?

I emailed in October 2021 where I received no feedback. I emailed on 02 February 2022 and was told “As soon as feedback is received we will inform you accordingly” WHEN? in another year??

I would NOT recommend FNB. They take their fees and leave the estates open unattended.

How many estates are not finalised by FNB executors? The service is appalling and very unacceptable considering they are taking their fees without finalising matters.
