Terrible service from FNB ***** Dept

I had suspicious activity on my Gurnsey account and immediatley phoned FNB ***** Dept. I explained the situation and the person said she would check with her team leader. I was left holding on the line for 15 mins. What is going on with FNB, they seem to dropping catches in every department and not just *****.
