Terrible Service from FNB Connect
I am must really say using FNB connect is a real pain this days. Every week one needs to experience a day or two were making calls is a challenge due to technical errors on their side, then you call the call center and deal with the rude consultants. When they inconvenience you like that they don't even bother or care to comeback and apologies for all that. I hate a service provider that treats me like i am using their services for free when i am paying them well every month. I do think its time i use a service provider that would respect me as a client and treat me professionally.

23 Nov 2020, 16:43Someone called at 14:17 while i was experiencing this problem of not being able to make calls nor receive calls and sent an sms that they will call again. Its been more than 2hours now and still no call back or my issue hasn't been resolved at all. Honestly with this poor service i do believe its time i moved any product i have with FNB to a financial institution that will take good care of me and not treat me like i am getting this services for FREE when i am paying every month.

24 Nov 2020, 15:45 Wow I really feel insulted by FNB Connect, I get inconvenienced for days and days and all they do for me to regain my trust in them, they insult me with 50mb. Like really what is that now? FNB connect has shown me how much they disrespect my business. So since I have 2 accounts on Connect I will be shopping around and will be cancelling them as well as my fnb account. I really can't deal with such disrespectful institution. Even the vehicle finance under my wife name with Wesbank I will be sorting out something that would be more for us rather than being loyal to an institution that is like this.
