Terrible service from FNB connect

I am very upset with the service I am receiving from FNB connect, actually I am now fedup because I have reached out to FNB connect through mail, chatbox and phone calls but my problem is not resolved. I have demanded to speak to a Manager but no one is willing to share the contacts or link me to the Manager. Now I am receiving this letter of default. I was told that there have been some technical problems with systems and my account will be updated because I don't owe anything.
