Terrible Service from FNB call center agents

Absolutely disgusting service from the FNB credit card division.

What an absolute nightmare experience, do not trust them. They have agents who are rude and I knowledgeable. Cant seem to get help as A NEW CUSTOMER!! What’s happening with the current client base if I’m getting treated like this. Agent Keiano tried to help and escalated it my issue but I get a call from a dumb person to tell me nothing that helps me. Fhulu something and the worst part she drops the call in my ear when I ask for her name. I will be laying an official compliant against FNB. Stay far away from this Bank! Please get this lady off your phones she ruining your reputation as a bank!
