Terrible service from FNB and DSV

Terrible service from FNB and DSV I have been sending emails and calling with no luck, the online chat agents are useless and unable to help as the card that I ordered has been somehow duplicated which I have advised however nobody is able to assist why to rob the customer for an error on the app? DSV is useless contacted them today as I will be going on leave the agent was so rude and wasted 10 min of my time to tell me no they cant advise on delivery date this is so unproffesional as such a big company being FNB you should choose another company for delivery as looking at the reviews about DSV on hello peter is terrible!!!! Please contact me regarding this urgently as I have been waiting this week with no assistance been provided! Very unhappy customer due to the people who work there,Agents should learn how to deal with customers in the service enviroment to manage the clients expections!!! I request to be contacted urgently regarding the duplicated card as well on delivery of the card *** will await your urgent contact as there has been no responses to my emails and no assistance on my calls!
