Terrible service from fnb Aiken Street branch

Today I visited Aiken Street to open an estate late account as I have asked them prior to opening this account what are the requirements so when I came in today the short lady who is light in completion, she was wearing a black Jean and white Jersey by the door, when I told her I am here to open an estate late she went Inside to ask and when she came back I was chased away to go and open that account where my late husband was banking 2013 while he was still alive, I bank with fnb and it been years banking with fnb but the way I was treated today it made me realise that fnb does not care about us old people sending me to go and join another que at standard bank ,I was so disappointed.
