Terrible service from FNB!!!

So i order a transactional petrol card with FNB and it arrives after a few days.I activate it and all but i dont get a pin and it doesn't appear on my list of accounts but appears on my list of cards as "active".I fiddle with the settings and all but nothing!!! I cant transact to and from it,so i call the call centre only to be told they've phased out the petrol card and that it can only be used if i have an FNB credit card imagine my frustration(which i dont want)!!!So the question becomes why is it even sent without them telling me about the new requirements and me having to find out once it's in my possession?
