Terrible service from FNB.

My wife had a debit order that was stopped last year already, go through on her account this month, and you would think that FNB would assist in the reversal because this particular debit order was STOPPED already - no. The consultant tells you to go talk to the debtor yourself. TF? FNB, your service stinks, and trust that I will be talking to everyone I know (and don't) to move from your sucky institution.
