Terrible service from FNB!

The service that I am currently getting from the FNB Fiduciary department is the worst I have ever seen in my entire professional life. I bought two vehicles which were tied up in a deseased estate. The natis documents for the vehicles were still at the banks they were initially financed through. It took Mpho Netshirembe 2 weeks to get the natis from MFC but now 2 months later she is successfully failing to get the remaining natis from Wesbank!! From within the very same company she works for. Now she is ignoring my emails. A rating of one star is too much for the service I am currently receiving. I bought a car 3 months ago and I am unable to use it as the license disc has expired and there is nothing I can do about it.
