Terrible service from FNB
I recently received a SARS refund into my FNB account. This was per confirmation from SARS. 2 days later FNB decided to freeze the portion of the funds that I had not utilized. On following up they informed me that it was an unusual amount and SARS hadn't informed them that this amount would be deposited into my account. I was informed they would follow up with SARS and confirm that the funds were legitimately mine. This issue is still not resolved, nobody seems to know why the funds were reserved from both FNB and SARS. FNB is supposed to call back with Feedback and solution, but nothing. I just want my money back in my account.

01 Dec 2025, 17:42I have followed up with SARS and they have no TPA against my name on their side. My profile checks out and I do not owe SARS anything. What I also find interesting is that your TPA is dated 25 November 2025 but you reserved my funds on 24 November 2025 already. So how do we resolve this?
