TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM FNB
Phoned FNB to sort out my card. The rudest and most unhelpful people I have come across. Get transferred from pillar to post and I must listen to some guy getting sarcastic with me!!!! AND then simply puts the phone down. I will close all my FND accounts.

29 Apr 2022, 08:54Well no surprise here. After their speedy automated mail response, GUESS WHAT? NOBODY HAS PHONED ME!!! FNB YOU SUCK. There must be some legal recourse here. They are beyond useless. I challenge anybody to call them on *** and see the service you don't get.
