Terrible service from first national Bank

Covid 19 relief I have tried contacting the covid 19 relief desk numerous times to no avail... I have spoken to many consultants that's transferred me but I have always been cut off and by which it's been more than 20 minutes of my minutes that's been used... I spoke to the loans desk today but wasn't helped and the call was even cut on me... Your slogan is how can we help u but really you guys can't help when I need it... I am seriously thinking about moving my banking elsewhere
