Terrible service for FNB Switch
I must say I have had the worse experience as first time FNB client.
I have been trying to switch over to FNB. I got a call last week,
I spoke to the Premier banker, got my cheque account,
credit card etc. She then sent me all the quotes and requirements
that I need to send through from my side.
I asked the premier banker to call me back the next day as I will have some more
questions and need to finish up the application so I can move across.
I never got a call back, I called the Premier banking number asked if
they could please remind the Premier Banker to give me a call, She never ever called,

I then called to complain, they logged my complaint, I got a call this morning
from the complaints department. They promised they would call at 10 today, guess what it's 10:56am
and there is no response. I also asked the Premier banker to please get
someone from the Business department to give me a call as I would like to move
all that over as well.
I am still waiting for the call I must say this is shocking for a first
impression, from FNB. I have the courier company calling me more to drop my cards off than anyone who
can answer my questions.
