Terrible Service FNB Louis trichardt

Terrible Service FNB Louis trichardt. My elderly mum went in about a week ago. She asked for a funeral cover and help in drafting out her Will. The agent was very distracted and not at all friendly or interested in listening to my Mum. Mum had given her the details of the beneficiary to be nominated, but received a request yesterday to update this via the app. Details of what my mum wanted in her Will were given to the agent, who she thought would use to create a proper Last Will and Testament. Instead, Mum was brushed off and merely told, the details you provided are insufficient. There was no clarification of what else would be needed, or what to provide. Agent kept responding to someone else in the branch behind Mum and indicating with her hands to "wait". this is very unprofessional. My mum works 6 days a week and took time off to sort these things out. She never expected to be treated like this after being a loyal FNB client for over 2 decades. Very sad and pathetic service, especially when the motto ;s "how can we help you"!!!
