Terrible service Fnb Horizon View

Terrible service at Horizon view fnb,I sat on the bank that was not even full for more than an hour. They changed my queuing tickets exactly after 45 min sitting and there were less that 8 people in the bank.I was actually the 3 person on the line to be helped they were very slow and they even took their time to go and call the bank manager to assist me with my enquiry. This is awful for fnb shame its time to get staff that really wants to work.
