Terrible Service FNB Homeloans

App**** for a home loan in early June. Feedback has been poor and I have had to do all the following up. The secure chat function is terrible I waited for almost 30 minutes with no assistance.

Even after rating their home loan service as very poor it doesn’t seem to have made a difference
