Terrible Service FNB Durban North

We have a stokvel account with FNB and went into Durban north to open an FNB 32 Day notice stokvel account, we were told by the consultant that the bank does not offer a 32 day notice account for a Stokvel. why does your website say otherwise. I supposed your consultant was too lazy to do the paperwork
