Terrible Service

I am so disappointed and disgusted by That Thlape, he almost put me in financial ruin by not making sure i am fully covered.

Thato advised he will be my broker and assist me with getting a good company to insure my vehicle at a good price, he advised me to go with VUM insurance of which i agreed. He requested me to pay a prorata amount into VUM account which i do, however VUM never debited my account.

I followed up with That to get them to debit and i asked if i am still insured, of which he assured me that i am insured.

VUM advised that i am not insured as i had to fit a telematic tracker which i was not told where to fit it. I have since organized my own tracker and requested a refund from Thato.

He is ignoring me flat, not acknowledging my emails, this is really bad service who works for a institution that a trust.
