If there were no stars, it would be an option I would choose. My parents who hold both business accounts, personal ones and Bonds with the Bank were ****** by gunpoint. Through the resultant trauma, they found NO ASSISTANCE from FNB and were pushed from pillar to post having to go into the Branch many times and told to call centres.
