Terrible Service

I went to your N1 City branch Friday and your consultant called in to find out settlement amount on my FNB Credit Card.I paid the settlement amount but there is still a balance reflecting on my account. FNB :-) Your Call Reference number is Rx***.Please fix this as it is still reflecting.Otherwise I have to take matter up with Ombudsman.
