Terrible service ever

It’s been almost 8 years that FNB is failing to wind up a will of my late father, having a will is with FNB was the biggest mistake he made, though he meant to do right, once had a meeting with Candice, her manager Rekha and Rekha,s manager SIPHO Mahlangu, all we experienced on the day was arrogance from SIPHO, the meeting was a year ago but till today they are failing us. Would never recommend anyone to take a will with FNB, if u do, you will leave ur loved ones with so much misery in the hands of FNB. All they care about is sales , not service
