Terrible service

I have a funeral cover with fnb and on the 2nd of June I requested for a quotation for an addition of 5 more people with different ages from 24 -66. I'm really not impressed with the response that I got which was "the quote for your family members is that when you cover them for R10 000 each person will pay R130 premium". I honestly do not believe that's the amount for each person and my request was specific. The least the consultant could have done was give me a quote for each person so that I can see who I can add and remove. How do you charge the same amount for a 24 year old and a 66 year old? Not happy with your service.
