Terrible service

I have never seen anything like the service received from FNB's personal loan call centre nor HP attorneys whom are hired through FNB. I settled this account back in April, to this day it reflects on my credit score as unpaid. When phoning the customer care centre, they answer the phone and simply drop your call. I want this resolved already
