Terrible service

Here we go again!

The only way to get FNB to do their job is only through this channel, either than that, you are on your own! By the way, this is one of the banks with very expensive bank charges, forked out by us, their customers. I called ***** and the first agent by the name of Neo, hung up on me, no sense of urgency there! Dialled in again and the second one basically told me that they cannot assist me, when there is a phone number that the bank is sending an OTP to whenever I try to login to my App/online banking and this means that I cannot access my online profile. The same issue is hindering me from transferring my PayPal funds to my account.
