Terrible service

I would say 0 if there was the option, opened an account in error been struggling to get it closed are they waiting for me to have to be charged before they close it Spoke to Justin and Jacob who are giving me run around one says speak to your private banker other one says 3-7 days another one said 24 hours so what is it FNB??????? as for the fact that i am still waiting for jacob to call me after he rudely ended my chat,,,,,, JUST CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.. been with you guys over 15 year and this mxm
