Terrible service

Bad service from this bank as usual , the consultants will hang up on you without any shame. I've called 5TIMES today and have not received any assistance. I sent a query regarding my revolving facility which has hold, the person I spoke to said I should be able to transact today and still can't transact. To think that this was one of the top banks it's so unfortunate that it has turned to the worst bank in SA, the bottomof the barrel, just disgusting.
