11 Oct 2022, 15:58Ridiculous I tried to cancel an online shopping transaction on a social site 2 months ago by calling the call center and guess what the money is still been taken off the my account since then. The consultant said I must cancel the card and make a new card that will cost me R130 they don't have a security feature to prevent online shopping transactions from taking place.
