Terrible service!!!!

I have a cheque account that was in debt and then handed over to Revco (good service from them). Revco gave me a settlement on the account and I was able to eventually settle it (the account was blocked by me so that it cannot accumulate any further banking fees but it was suppose to be able to receive money which was not possible. So I contacted FNB to allow me to put money in and still have the block, which they messed up again) they advice me to contact FNB to close or keep the account. So...

I've been trying to contact FNB to close the account and I got transferred from 1 consultant to another and eventuallyy calls got cut off.

The FNB branch in my town only opened yesterday the 1st of May. It was so busy that I was not able to get in.

This morning I received a SMS from FNB saying my account is in arrears and I've been handed over to MBD for an amount of R31.51

So now I'm so frustrated with FNB because they are truely not here to help you but to milk you for every bit!

How can I close my account and stop this useless bank from *********** others!!!!?
