Terrible service by Fnb Church Street Pietermaritzburg

This doesn't even deserve a star.firstly when waiting in the line to go inside the security doesn't care of other people going in without being asked making it unfair on us standing outside.

I went to request a stamp to confirm I don't bank with them and a tick.i had to wait with over 20 people again inside just for that.other customer I also heard coming out was complaining of the same thing waiting long to just stamp her documents even though she banks with them.

It's unfair to make us wait this long to just punch our ID and stamp I don't have an account.now I must wait for customers who are there for long calls and all other time consuming stuff.kudos to Absa that took only less than a minute and Capitec Church street Pietermaritzburg they also didn't even take 2min because they have consultants for smaller queries.FNB must just do better
