Terrible Service By FNB After *****ing My R1997.70

Message: I have been querying an amount of R1997.70 that was suspended on my account on the 27th July 2018 from AVIS for car rental deposit. I have spoken to AVIS and they have proven to me that the amount sent for release to the bank with an authorization code No. Despite the million calls that I have made to the bank, I got the different explanation with the different forms to fill on and still, none was clear of what actually happened and what would happen with my suspended funds. I have lost faith in FNB and my last hope is with HelloPeter to help resolve this predicament. The bank has requested me to wait for 7 or 5 working days for the error that has to inconvenience me for an error that was not caused by myself. If I have inconvenienced the bank, I'm sure I would be expected to pay penalties and unnecessary charges. The bank is expecting me to wait for 7 if not 5 working days before I can use my fund, and I have to borrow cash with interest to pay from other stakeholders or friends. All I'm saying that, let the bank release my suspended funds ASAP because I have nothing to do with this error
