Terrible service by FNB

Poor bank . My account got flagged and I received an email saying there was a *****ulent transaction on my account. Then before I could show that it was no ***** my account gets terminated. A month late they then have the audacity to call me saying I qualify for an account upgrade. Still to this day I can not get through to them
