Terrible Service by Centurion FNB Bank

I went to FNB Centurion to make a deposit for my elecricity around 13H08 31/01/2020 for the amount of R120 which was a R100 note and R10X2 Notes, then the ATM accepted the R100 bank note and R10 bank note, when it rejected the second R10 Note, it got stuck and could remove it, I called one of the staff members who witnessed the money being stuck and gave me the ticket number to query inside the branch, I qued then got assisted by the lady at teller no:7 who logged my query and told me the money will be paid with 72 hours in Ismetering(Electricity account)

I then explained to the lady that my electricity has run out that why I need it to be transferred immediately, she then referred me to Kealeboga who understood my frustration of not having electricity and after her efforts she came to me and explained that they only found R110 inside the ATM the other R10 note is stuck, then she went to a lady called Pamela Shaai who actually frustrated me by not showing any compassion to a Customer/ I humbly requested her to process the R110 that is found to my Electricity account, she explained to me technicalities that I did not understand, so after being at the branch for 2 hours during my lunch time which led me being late at work for nothing, as I ended up with egg on my face from Pamela Shaai who did not put herself into Customer's shoes by showing willingness to help me, now I am going to spend the whole weekend without electricity thank to FNB and Pamela, I have never been so frastrated in my life like I did today by the FNB and its stuff.
