Terrible service between FNB, Daly Law

I have a revolving loan facility with FNB that has gone int arrears towards the end of 2024. Since January of this year, I have paid lump sums to my account, ensured my debit goes off which it does. I have also been passed on to Daly Law by FNB to make arrangements for instalments. I have now had numerous emails stating questions from my side, amounts that I will pay and yet I am being harassed by Daly Law who doesn't seem to even want to assist or understand. They also cannot be contacted telephonically, I tried. My FNB private wealth banker advised that I should copy in Care @FNB as they can help me. No luck. According to FNB revolving facilities, my account is not in arrears. VERY unhappy service from FNB and Daly Law
