Terrible service

Firstly , I did not accept a loan approval from FNB Covid Relief fund. Now there's a loan on my name of which I did not approve. I tried contacting the help line , no answer . I tried the app. Every time you log a message you wait 2 hours for a response. Once they reply to your message ,they give you 5 minutes to respond and if you don't they close the call which takes you back to the end of the line. I did this 4 to 5 times and still sitting the problem.

Secondly , I went to the branch at the Mall of the South and they were so unhelpful , redirecting me back to the app of which I explained two times of the delay.

FNB sells this great service and when really needed you go in circles for help
